Tripcart offers a simple and effective feature to send email notifications to admin and customers. Follow these steps to set up Email Notifications.
Access Email Notifications: #
- Navigate to your Dashboard
- Go to Email Notifications > Notifications.
- Here, you will find the option to choose Email Notifications for Admin and Customers on the Email Settings.
Configure Email Notifications: #
- Toggle the switch to enable Email Notifications
- Click on the Create Notifications button
- Add the Name of the Email Notifications
- Add the Subject for the Email Notifications. You can use Personalization from the drop-down.
- Add the Email content for the Email Notifications. You can use Personalization from the drop-down.
- Click on the Save button.
How to Test Email Notifications: #
Click on the vertical three dots on the top right. You will get two options:
- Send Test Email: To test the Email Notifications
