You can configure the Account Settings here:
Personal Info #
Your account will be created while logging into the system. You can change or update your information later in the system. Please follow the information to update your personal information.
- Navigate to Dashboard > Account Settings > Personal Info.
- Upload your profile image.
- Enter/Update your Username, Name, last name, email address, and Bio.
- Add your timezone.
- Add your social media handles like Facebook, Instagram, Linkedin and Youtube.
- Click on Update Button to update the information.
Company Info #
You need to enter your company name when logging into the system. If you later wish to change your company name or update other information, you can do so easily. Please follow the instructions below.
- Navigate to Dashboard > Account Settings > Company Info.
- Enter your company name.
- Add your company’s contact number.
- Enter all address information.
- Click on Update button to update the information.
Change Password #
You have the option to change your password at any time. The password set during account creation can be updated easily. Please follow the instructions below.
- Navigate to Dashboard > Account Settings > Change Password.
- Enter your current password.
- Enter your new password.
- Re-enter your new password to confirm.
- Click Update to apply the changes.
Account Delete #
The agency owner has the exclusive ability to delete their account. Only the owner can perform this action. Once the account is deleted, it cannot be restored. Therefore, please ensure you truly wish to delete the account before proceeding.
To delete the account, please go to Dashboard > Account Settings > Personal Info > Delete Account.
