Tripcart allows users to update their booking information easily through the dashboard. Keeping booking information up to date ensures accurate records and a seamless experience for both users and administrators. Please go to Dashboard > Bookings.
When a user books a trip, Tripcart provides a feature to view a booking information report on the dashboard.
In this section, you will see a table where the following details are listed:
- Booking ID
- Lead Traveller
- Name
- Trip Name
- Amount
- Date
- Status
Steps to Update Booking Information #
Access the Booking Reports Section: #
- Navigate to Dashboard > Bookings > Booking Reports.
- You will see a list of all current bookings displayed in a table format.
Select a Booking to Update: #
- Find the booking you want to update from the list.
- Click on the booking to open its details.
Edit Booking Information: #
- In the booking details, you will find various fields that can be updated. These fields typically include:
- Booking Details:
- Booking Date
- Start Date
- End Date
- Number of Travellers
- Customer Information:
- Full Name
- Phone Number
- Date Of Birth
- Nationality
- Payment Information:
- Payment Status
- Amount Paid
- Payment Method
- Booking Details:
- Admins can also add new travellers, and prices will be automatically updated.
Save Changes:
- After making the necessary changes, click the Save button to apply the updates to the booking.
Additional Features #
- Search and Filter Bookings:
- Use the search bar to find specific bookings by using the traveller’s name, booking ID, and trip name.
