You can create both Multi-Day and Single-Day/Activity tour packages with different pricing and services. Follow these easy steps to add new packages and manage pricing based on the dates or package type.
Steps to Add Tour Packages #
- Navigate to the Dashboard and click on Dashboard > Tours > All Tours.
- Find the tour you want to add packages to and click on the selected tour.
- On the tour page, click on the Price tab.
- In the Package Type section, select Multiple Package Type. This will enable you to add multiple pricing options for the tour.
- Click on the Add New Package button to create a new tour package.
- You will be directed to various tabs where you can fill in the required details.
- General Package Details:
- Package Name: Enter a name for the package (e.g., “Standard Package”, “VIP Package”).
- Package Label: Provide a label to differentiate the package (e.g., “Adult”, “Family”).
- Check the box to make this the default pricing if you want it to be the default selection for the tour.

- Enter Pricing Information
- Adult Pricing: Set the price for adults.
- Child Pricing: Set the price for children.
- Couple Pricing: Set the price for couples (if applicable).
- Infants Pricing: Set the price for infants (if applicable).

Package Details Section
In the Details section, describe the key features of the package. Here you can mention:
- The services included (e.g., meals, transport, guide).
- The itinerary or planned activities.
- Any other relevant package details.
- Add Package Highlight
Add key highlights of the tour package that make it special. These could be notable experiences, famous spots, or services that are unique to the package. - Upload Images
You can upload images that showcase the tour services or key experiences. This can include pictures of destinations, meals, or any other relevant imagery. - Add Description
Make sure to provide a detailed description of the package. This will help customers understand what’s included and why they should book this specific package.

Changing Pricing for Specific Dates #
If you need to change the pricing based on specific dates, follow these steps:
- Navigate to the dashboard and click on Dashboard > Tours > All Tours.
- Find the tour for which you want to add packages and click on the selected tour.
- Once on the selected tour page, click on the Dates tab. Click on the selected date for which you want to modify the pricing.
- In the selected date section, all available packages for that date will be listed.
- Adjust the pricing for the specific date as required.
- Use the toggle button to disable a package for this date. When enabled, the package will not be visible to customers for the selected date.
